PyTorch torch.cuda.seed 関数
Pytorch torch リファレンスマニュアルtorch.cuda.seedこれは PyTorch で CUDA のランダムシードを設定するための関数です。現在の CUDA デバイスにランダムシードを設定します（機能は manual_seed と同じです）。
